Analysis on the difference in clinical practice ability assessment level of standardized residency training in the department of stomatology in 2023

目的 分析2023年口腔科住院医师规范化培训临床实践能力结业考核水平,加强住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)质量并提高住院医师岗位胜任力。方法 分析山东省立医院2023年口腔科住培临床实践能力结业考核考点的各项操作评分情况,比较不同专业以及同专业在相同操作中的差异。结果 二级考站各项操作数据的Skewness> 0,整体呈右偏态,说明多数参加考核的住院医师低于平均水平。结论 不同专业与同专业的住院医师在相同操作中表现参差不齐,后续培训应根据考核过程和考核结果所表现出的问题,加强日常培训过程的动态监督及管理。

Objective To analyze the graduation assessment level of clinical practice ability of standardized residency training in the Department of Stomatology in 2023,in order to further strengthen the quality of standardized residency training(referred to as residency training)and improve the competency of residents.Methods The objective scores of each operation of the stomatological clinical practice ability at Shandong Provincial Hospital examination site in the residency training in 2023 were analyzed,and the differences in the same operation between different majors and the same majors were compared.Results The Skewness of the operation data of the secondary examination station was more than zero,and the whole was right skewed,indicating that most of the residents participating in the examination were below the average level.Conclusio1nThe performance of residents of different majors and the same major is uneven in the same operation.The follow-up training should be based on the problems and weaknesses shown in the assessment process and assessment results.It is necessary to strengthen the dynamic supervision and management of the daily training process of residents.
