摘要
工科研究生已逐渐成为高精尖技术人才的重要后备力量,如何培养满足新时代高等工程教育理念的工科研究生成为亟待解决的问题。高等工程教育背景下的工科研究生应当加强自我能力认知,调整学习方式,养成良好的科研习惯与积极的学习心态,提升科研幸福感与社会责任感,实现学习方法与思维模式的转变;研究生导师应转变教学模式与教育思维,了解研究生的学习状态与科研能力,为不同的研究生分配适切的科研任务与课题,培养他们的科学素养与科研使命感;高校应当加强科研平台建设,营造良好的科研氛围,进一步发挥人才与学科优势,为国家科技进步培养所需的高端技术型工科研究生。
Currently,engineering graduate students have gradually become important reserves of high-level technical talents.How to cultivate engineering graduate students to meet the educational ideals of higher engineering education in the new era has become urgent.In the context of higher engineering education,engineering graduate students should enhance self-awareness of their abilities,adjust their learning methods,foster good research habits and a positive learning attitude,enhance their sense of research fulfillment and social responsibility,thus to achieve a transformation in learning methods and their mindsets.Graduate supervisors should change teaching methods and educational mindsets by understanding the learning status and research capabilities of graduate students and allocating appropriate research tasks and topics to different students,so as to cultivate their scientific literacy and sense of research mission.Universities should strengthen the construction of research platforms,create a good research atmosphere,further leverage talent and disciplinary advantages,cultivating high-end technical engineering graduate students needed for national scientific and technological progress.
