“耐心资本”和“聪明资金”这两个新兴概念的提出引发了广泛的热议,但也不可避免地面临着一些质疑与争议。文章旨在通过深入探讨耐心资本、聪明资金与新质生产力之间的辩证关系,辨析三者之间的相互影响和依存关系,揭示这些资本形态在不同经济环境和发展阶段中所发挥的作用,阐释耐心资本和聪明资金在经济发展过程中的运作机制,提出它们如何助力新质生产力的培育和提升路径,以期更全面地认识资本在新质生产力形成与发展中的价值,从而深化对资本与生产力关系的理解,推动资本市场的健康发展。

The two emerging concepts of“patient capital”and“smart capital”have sparked widespread heated discussions,but they have inevitably faced some doubts and controversies.The purpose of this paper is to explore the dialectical relationship between patient capital,smart capital and new productive forces,explore the interaction and dependence between the three,reveal the role of these capital forms in different economic environments and development stages,analyze the operation mechanism of patient capital and smart capital in the process of economic development,and put forward how they can help the cultivation and improvement of new productive forces,in order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the value of capital in the formation and development of new productive forces.In this way,we can deepen our understanding of the relationship between capital and productivity and promote the healthy development of the capital market.
