摘要
采用固相烧结法制备出(ZrMg)_(x)Y_(2-2x)W_(3)O_(12)(x=0、0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5、0.6、0.7、0.8、0.9和1.0)陶瓷,并利用X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、热分析仪及热膨胀仪分析材料的结构、吸水性及热膨胀性能。结果表明,随着Zr^(4+)/Mg^(2+)含量的增加,(ZrMg)_(x)Y_(2-2x)W_(3)O_(12)的吸水性明显降低,热膨胀系数由负热膨胀逐渐变为正热膨胀,且逐渐增大。当x=0.6时,(ZrMg)_(0.6)Y_(0.8)W_(3)O_(12)(455~1050 K,-0.54×10^(-6)K^(-1))展示出近零膨胀性,a、b、c轴的热膨胀系数分别为αa=-1.13×10^(-6)K^(-1)、αb=1.77×10^(-6)K^(-1)和αc=-1.80×10^(-6)K^(-1),本征体积热膨胀系数αv=-1.21×10^(-6)K^(-1)。
(ZrMg)_(x)Y_(2-2x)W_(3)O_(12)(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7,0.8,0.9 and 1.0)ceramics were developed with a simple solid state method,and the structure,hygroscopicity and thermal expansion property of ceramics were characterized by X-ray diffraction,Raman spectroscopy,thermal analyzer and thermal dilatometer.The results show that with the increase of Zr^(4+)/Mg^(2+)content,the hygrosopicity of(ZrMg)_(x)Y_(2-2x)W_(3)O_(12)ceramics decreases obviously,and the coefficient of thermal expansion increases gradually from negative thermal expansion to positive thermal expansion.A near-zero thermal expansion is realized for(ZrMg)_(0.6)Y_(0.8)W_(3)O_(12)(455~1050 K,-0.54×10^(-6)K^(-1))as x=0.6,and the coefficient of thermal expansion of a,b and c axes are measured to beαa=-1.13×10^(-6)K^(-1),αb=1.77×10^(-6)K^(-1)andαc=-1.80×10^(-6)K^(-1),respectively.The intrinsic volumetric coefficient of thermal expansionαv is-1.21×10^(-6)K^(-1).
