藏医“尤阙疗法”的临床现状探析

Research on Clinical Application Status of Youque Therapy in Tibetan Medicine*

藏医“尤阙疗法”因其历史悠久、操作方便且疗效明确的特点于2021年收录入国家非物质文化遗产名录。鉴于此疗法目前在藏医药领域中的应用虽日益广泛,但对其开展的研究较少的现状,文章运用病历分析、问卷调查和统计学的方法,筛选临床应用时间最长、患者最多和临床应用病例最多的3家医院2274例病历,进行性别、年龄、区域、职业、民族、病程、疾病类型和临床疗效的回顾性分析,得出结论:1.该疗法应用的人群中女性多于男性,这与女性的生理结构和疾病患病率、农牧区传统观念之间有密切关系;2.年龄40岁至60岁患者多见,随着年龄的增长和身体的衰老,农牧区以白脉病为主的慢性疾病颇多,这与其病程长、发病慢等因素密切相关;3.病程而言患者往往容易忽视短时间内自身出现的不适,对于病程较长,突发因素导致的疾病,尤阙疗法疗效尤甚;4.尤阙疗法的广泛度,不局限于藏族,回族等其他民族也在广泛普遍地应用此疗法,此疗法深受各民族的欢迎;5.临床上尤阙疗法大多用于白脉引起的宁隆病、腰痛病等疾病,验证了尤阙疗法的临床疗效和适用价值。综上所述,通过各种研究方法,详细论述年龄、职业、民族等因素的研究结论,与临床上应用尤阙疗法的各位同仁和尤阙疗法的研究者分享共勉,为后续参与此研究的学者提供参考。

Tibetan medicine Youque therapy,due to its characteristics of a long history,convenient operation and clear curative effect,included in the list of China’s intangible cultural heritage in 2021.Recently there are only few studies on Youque therapy in Tibetan medicine filed,so this paper based on the medical record analysis,questionnaire survey to choose 3 hospitals with the longest clinical application time and the largest number of patient and clinical application case.The results are:1.Youque therapy is more popularly applied women than men,which is closely related to physiological structure of women and their disease prevalence,traditional concepts at their community.2.Patients between 40 and 60 years old are more common to use Youque therapy.The reason is with the aging of the body,there are quite a lot of chronic diseases mainly dominated by white vein disease in farming and pastoral areas.3.In terms of the course of disease,patients tend to ignore their own discomfort in a short period of time.4.Youque therapy is welcomed by all ethnic groups,it is not limited to the Tibetans.Hui and other ethnic groups are also widely used in this therapy.5.Clinically,Youque therapy is mostly used in Ninglong disease,low back discomfort and other diseases caused by white nerves.In summary,through various research methods,the research conclusions of age,occupation,ethnicity and other factors are discussed in detail to share with colleagues and researchers in the clinical application of Youque therapy,so as to provide references for subsequent scholars involved in this study.
