基于“双碳”目标的智慧动态引导节能技术应用——以某综合体地下车库照明系统为例

摘要 公共建筑综合体照明用电约占建筑总用电量的35%,实施照明设备及系统节能技术,编制满足服务要求的照明系统节能运行模式是实现建筑节能的有效手段。以某公共建筑综合体地下车库照明系统为例,针对系统既有问题,通过横向比对同类建筑照明系统技术特点,选取试点区域开展功耗对比测试,初步核算其经济、环境、社会效益,明确了将智慧动态引导节能技术应用于公共建筑综合体地下车库照明系统具有可行性,为类似项目提供一定参考。 The lighting electricity consumption of public building complexes accounts for about 35%of the total electricity consumption of the building,and the implementation of energy-saving technology for lighting equipment and systems,and the preparation of energysaving operation mode of lighting system to meet service requirements are effective means to achieve building energy saving.In this paper,taking the underground garage lighting system of a public building complex as an example,in view of the existing problems of the system,the pilot area is selected to carry out the power consumption comparison test by horizontally comparing the technical characteristics of similar architectural lighting systems,and the economic and environmental benefits are preliminarily calculated,and it is clear that it is feasible to apply the intelligent dynamic guidance energy-saving technology to the underground garage lighting system of public building complexes,and similar buildings can be replicated and promoted.
