质量追溯管理系统在消毒供应中心质量控制管理中的应用研究

Application Research of Quality Traceability Management System in Qual-ity Control Management of Disinfection Supply Center

目的分析质量追溯管理系统在消毒供应中心质量控制管理中的应用效果。方法选择2022年3月—2023年3月兖州区人民医院消毒供应中心的29名工作人员为研究对象。2022年3—9月为对照组,采取常规质量管理流程,选取该时期的437件医疗器械为观察对象。2022年10月—2023年3月为观察组,使用质量追溯管理系统,选取该时期的441件医疗器械为观察对象。对比两组消毒质量合格率、工作人员工作质量评分、管理满意度。结果观察组工作质量合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组工作质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组满意度为96.55%(28/29),高于对照组的75.86%(22/29),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.220,P<0.05)。结论质量追溯管理系统能够有效提升工作人员的工作质量,提高消毒质量合格率,提升满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of the application of quality traceability management system in the quality control management of sterilized supply centers.Methods From March 2022 to March 2023,twenty-nine staff members of the disinfection supply center of Yanzhou District People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.From March to September 2022 was the control group,adopting the routine quality management process,and 437 pieces of medical devices from that period were selected as the observation objects.From October 2022 to March 2023 was the observation group,using the quality traceability management system,selected 441 cases of pieces of medical devices in the period as the observation object.Compared the two groups'sterilization quality pass rate,staff work quality score,and management satisfaction.Results The work quality pass rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The observation group's work quality scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.55%(28/29),which was higher than 75.86%(22/29)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.220,P<0.05).Conclusion The quality traceability management system can effectively improve the quality of the staff's work,improve the sterilization quality pass rate,and improve satisfaction.
