摘要
通过对北京望京地区某高端住宅楼二期工程的外窗渗漏情况进行分析,指出主框与副框之间封堵不严密是主要渗漏原因。为此,在三期工程中创新性地采用了“L”形镀锌止水钢板的新型防水构造,并对其技术原理、研究过程、施工工艺及操作要点进行了详细阐述。经过近3年的应用,该构造显著减少了渗漏问题,提升了建筑质量。
Through analyzing the leakage situation of the exterior windows of the phase 2 project of a high-end residential building in Wangjing area,Beijing,it is pointed out that the main reason for the leakage is inadequate sealing between the main frame and the sub-frame.To this end,a new waterproofing structure of L-shaped galvanized water sealing steel plate is innovatively adopted in the third phase of the project,and its technical principles,research process,construction technology and operating points are elaborated in detail.After nearly 3 years of application,this structure has significantly reduced leakage problems and improved building quality.
