摘要
骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)是一类调控细胞功能的生长因子,对胚胎发育、组织器官分化及骨生成等过程至关重要,而BMP通路被证实与肿瘤的发生密切相关。前列腺癌(PC)是全球男性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,而骨转移常见于晚期PC。一旦引起骨相关事件,将严重影响患者生活质量及预后。目前,PC骨转移发生与进展过程的调控机制尚不明确。本文对BMP通路在PC骨转移过程中的作用机制进行总结,为PC骨转移的早期诊断与靶向治疗方案的探究提供一定理论依据和参考。
Bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)are a class of growth factors that regulate cellular functions and are essential for processes such as embryonic development,tissue and organ differentiation,and bone formation.The BMP pathway has been proven to be closely related to the occurrence of tumors.Prostate carcinoma(PC)is one of the common malignant tumors in men worldwide,and bone metastasis is common in advanced PC.Once bone-related events occur,patients'quality of life and prognosis can severely be affected.Currently,the regulatory mechanisms of the occurrence and progression of PC bone metastasis remain unclear.This article summarizes the mechanisms of the BMP pathway in the process of PC bone metastasis,providing a theoretical basis and reference for the early diagnosis and targeted treatment of PC bone metastasis.
