摘要 综述了近年来国内外含氮不锈钢的研究现状,包括氮在不锈钢中的存在形式及作用;氮对钢力学性能、腐蚀性能的影响;以及铸造含氮不锈钢的研究和应用。研究结果表明,氮是一种重要而很有应用潜力的合金元素。AOD等精炼技术为纯净超低碳含氮不锈钢的发展提供了先进的制造工艺。 The current status of nitrogen contained stainless steels at home and abroad has been introduced. The function and existing forms of nitrogen in the stainless steels, influence of nitrogen on mechanical properties and resistcorrosion properties as well as the application of nitrogen contained stainless cast steels are involved in this paper. It is clear that nitrogen will be an important and potential alloy element in stainless steels. And AOD refining can provide an advanced manufacture process for nitrogen contained stainless steels with superlow carbon and high cleanliness.
