自动痔疮套扎术联合硬化剂注射治疗痔的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Automatic Hemorrhoid Ligation Combined with Sclerosing Agent Injection in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids

为探讨自动痔疮套扎术联合硬化剂注射治疗痔的临床效果,回顾2016年1月至2018年2月我科收治的87例痔患者资料,其中43例仅接受自动痔疮套扎术治疗(对照组),44例接受自动痔疮套扎术联合硬化剂注射治疗(观察组),对比2组治疗效果。结果显示,观察组总有效率(95.45%,42/44)明显高于对照组(69.77%,30/43),并发症发生率(6.82%,3/44)明显低于对照组(23.26%,10/43),P <0.05。结果表明,自动痔疮套扎术联合硬化剂注射治疗痔效果明显优于单纯自动痔疮套扎术治疗,而且术后并发症少。

To explore the clinical effect of automatic hemorrhoid ligation combined with sclerosing agent injection in the treatment of hemorrhoids,the data of 87 patients with hemorrhoids in author’s department from January 2016 to February 2018 were reviewed,in which 43 were treated with only automatic hemorrhoids ligation(as control group),other 44 were treated with automatic hemorrhoid ligation combined with sclerosing agent injection(as observation group);then the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.As results,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the incidence rate of complication in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(95.45%,42/44 vs 69.77%,30/43;6.82%,3/44 vs 23.26%,10/43;all,P<0.05).Results show that the effect of automatic hemorrhoid ligation combined with sclerosing agent injection in the treatment of hemorrhoids is significantly better than that of single automatic hemorrhoid ligation,and patient’s postoperative complications is less.
