摘要
当前,随着广大人民群众生活水平的不断提高,以及部分地区近年来发生地震等自然灾害的警示,人们的住宅安全意识有了很大提高,对住宅工程质量有了更高的要求。但是,因为受建筑材料质量和施工管理以及施工方法等不利因素的影响,住宅工程不可避免地存在一些质量问题,这些问题如果没有及时处理或处理不当,就会引发工程质量投诉。为了提高工程质量,切实减少质量投诉,根据某县住宅工程质量投诉的特点,探讨质量监督站工程质量监督管理和质量投诉处理的对策,让人民群众住上放心房。
Along with the improving of people’s life level and the caution of earthquake occurred in some place recent years,the people’s house safety consciousness have been improved largely and have higher demand for the house quality. But affected not good factors of building material quality and construction management and so on,arose building quality complain. For improve building quality,reduce quality complain,according to a county’s characteristics of house quality complain,discussion on the countermeasure of quality management and quality complain treatment in the quality supervision station,and let people live in the reassurance house.
