摘要
如何实施有效的工程教育类专业建设,为产业发展培养适用人才,本文从人才培养的系统性出发,结合人才培养各要素环节的问题特性分析,以及对工程教育认证和产教融合作用的认识,提出了工程教育认证与产教融合共同驱动的人才培养体系建设思路,并给出了温州大学网络工程专业的实施案例,可为地方院校工程教育类专业实施以学生为中心、面向产业发展的人才培养提供思路与借鉴,对新工科专业建设具有参考价值。
The purpose of this paper is to explore the effective way to construct the engineering education so as to cultivate talents for the engineering industries.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the talent training system and the advantages of engineering education accreditation and production-education integration,this paper puts forward the idea that the construction of talent cultivation system can be driven by both the engineering education accreditation and the production-education integration.The practice of the idea in the network engineering major of Wenzhou University is helpful not only for the construction of the student-centered and industry-oriented talent cultivation system in other institutes,but also for the construction of emerging engineering education.
