摘要
以天津地铁某车站工程的大直径混凝土雨水管切改工程为例,简要阐述了泥水平衡机械式顶管施工原理和施工工艺,在考虑土拱卸荷效应的前提下计算了顶管顶力,并对该顶管工艺在此具体工程的实施效果进行了评述,同时提出了施工过程中应注意的问题。
The principle and technology of mud slurry balanced pipe-jacking is introduced. This introduce is based on one large diameter concrete rain pipe construction in one Tianjin metro station. The jacking force is calculated combined with soil arching effect. The result of this technology practice is evaluated. Several problems that should be notified in engineering practice are proposed.
