摘要
采用血乳酸、无氧功率测试等实验手段对武术套路运动员的无氧供能水平进行研究 ,分析其在套路演练、实验室完成定量负荷等不同运动状态下生理生化指标的变化。结果表明 ,受试者心率最大值、血乳酸最大值、平均功率、峰值功率及 30秒无氧功率下降率均存在显著性组间差异 (P <O 0 5 ) ;高水平武术套路运动员进入运动状态的机能动员快、最大负荷时机能水平高、运动后恢复快。提示 :无氧糖酵解供能水平是限制耐力水平发展的重要因素 ,在体能训练中 ,无代谢氧能力是关键。
By using the experimental methods of blood lactic acid and anaerobic capacity test, the article studies on Wushu set player's anaerobic ability. The testees' physiological and biochemical change were analyzed in different motor conditions such as set exercise, ration load accomplishment in lab there is significance group deviation among max heart rate, max blood lactate acid, average capacity, max capacity and 30 seconds' decreasing rate of anaerobic capacity, etc. high level Wushu set players motivate their capacity more quickly after coming into sports condition, has high level capacity when they load max and also recover more quickly after exercise. It is indicated anaerobic glycolysis level is the main factor restricting endurance level and anaerobic ability is the key to the physique ability.
