摘要 海上风电技术正朝着风电机机型大型化、叶片尺寸大型化、结构轻型化的方向快速发展。通过分析风电机组安装施工叶片与轮毂组合安装的各种工艺,指出采用5 MW以上大型机组后,巨大的叶轮已很难采用地面预组装工艺。为保证安全、可靠、高效实施叶片在空中与轮毂直接装配工艺,须采用叶片专用吊具。介绍了以拟建的某海上风电工程为背景所开展的某型6 MW机组LZ75-6.0叶片专用吊具的研究开发工作成果。 Offshore wind power technology is rapidly moving to the direction of heavy type and blade while light-weight structure. Through the analysis of various technologies on assembly of blade and hub, we pointed out that after adoption of heavy wind power unit with more than 5 MW, on-ground pre-assembly technology is hardly suitable to large impeller. In order to ensure the safe, reliable and high efficient assembly of blade and hub in the air, specialized lifting gears for blade shall be adopted. We introduced the achievement of research and development work for specialized lifting gears for LZ75-6.0 blade of some 6 MW wind power unit in the background of some proposed offshore wind power project.
