治疗咽喉源性咳嗽的方药分析

Analysis on TCM Prescriptions and Drugs in Treating Laryngeal Cough

通过对中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库近5年国内中医药治疗咽喉源性咳嗽相关文献进行检索、整理和分析,发现各医家对于咽喉源性咳嗽的病因病机与辨证分型众说纷纭,莫衷一是:其病机涉及肺、脾、肾、肝、心五脏;各辨证类型间存在交叉并行,标准缺乏统一性。临床研究方面,咽喉源性咳嗽病例的诊断标准、疗效判定等亦尚未统一,无明确的治愈标准。本研究旨在总结出证型分类以及方剂、药物等应用规律,探清本病治疗现状,为深入研讨本病提供依据。

On the basis of searching,collecting and analyzing the materials concerning the treatment of laryngeal cough with TCM,which from CNKI,Wanfang Database and Vip Database in the recent 5 years in China,the differences of laryngeal cough ’s etiology and pathogenesises were found. Lung,spleen,kidney,liver and heart were involved in it’s pathogenesises. Every syndrome type was alternated one to another. Classifications was lack of uniformity. In the clinical research,diagnostic criteria and determine the efficacy of laryngeal cough have not be unified. This study aimed to summarize the syndrome differentiation and the formulas of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and drugs were summarized,to investigate the current treatment situation of laryngeal cough by TCM,which laid a foundation for its deep research.
