保元汤合桃红四物汤加减治疗心衰病气虚血瘀型临床观察

Clinical Observation on Baoyuan Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction in the Treatment of Heart Failure of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

目的观察分析保元汤合桃红四物汤加减治疗心衰病气虚血瘀型临床效果。方法随机选取2016年6月—2018年6月收治的心衰病气虚血瘀型患者86例作为观察分析对象,依照入院顺序将其分成对照组43例和观察组43例,对照组患者给予单独西药治疗,观察组患者给予西药联合保元汤合桃红四物汤加减治疗,对2组临床治疗效果及治疗前后患者(症状积分、心功能变化)进行对比分析。结果治疗后观察组患者治疗效果与对照组相比明显提高,2组之间数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);同时治疗后观察组患者临床症状均也得到明显改善,其中症状积分结果显著优于对照组,组间数据对比差异存在统计学意义(P <0. 05);而且治疗后与对照组相比,观察组患者心功能各项指标均改善显著,组间差异存在统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论针对心衰病气虚血瘀型患者在西药治疗基础上采用保元汤合桃红四物汤加减治疗,可有效提高临床治疗效果,改善患者临床症状及心功能,该治疗方案值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Baoyuan decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction in treating heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods 86 cases of heart failure patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly selected from June 2016 to June 2018. According to the order of admission,they were divided into control group( 43 cases) and observation group( 43 cases). The control group was treated with western medicine alone. The observation group was treated with western medicine combined with Baoyuan decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction. The clinical treatment and symptom scores,changes in cardiac function were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group,and the data between the two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group of patients with cardiac function indicators was significantly improved,and there had statistically significant differences between the two between groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Baoyuan decoction combined with Taohong Siwu decoction can effectively improve the clinical effect,improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function of patients with heart failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis type on the basis of Western medicine treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
