摘要
本文介绍了羧甲基壳聚糖的制备以及其在各个领域中的应用。其中既有传统的制备工艺又有先进的微波辐射制备方法。壳聚糖(Chitosan,CTS)仅溶于稀酸,而羧甲基壳聚糖(Carboxymethyl Chitosan,CMC)能溶于任何PH值的溶液,这一性能的改善使得羧甲基壳聚糖广泛应用于医药、化工、环保及农业等各个领域中。
In this paper, the preparation of Carboxymethyl Chitosan is introduced, including the traditional preparation methods and microwave - radiation preparation methods. The water - solubility of Chitosan is very poor, whereas it has been improved highly in the Carboxymethyl Chitosan, and this characteristic makes Carboxymethyl Chitosan more widely applied in all kinds of the fields,such as the medicine,chemical,environmental,agriculture,et al.
