标准化流程管理可明显提高手术管理质量及降低感染发生率

Standardized Process Management might Significantly Improve the Quality of Surgical Management and Reduce the Incidence of Surgical Infection

为了观察规范化流程管理在手术室中的应用效果及对手术室感染的预防效果,本研究选取2017年2月之前我院手术室实施常规流程管理间的50台次手术,及2017年2月之后我院手术室实施规范化流程管理后的50台次手术为研究对象。观察并记录实施规范化流程管理前后巡回护士、器械护士手术配合质量、感染发生率和医生满意度的差异。结果表明,巡回护士术前访视、查对执行、手术配合、文件书写、术后整理这些手术配合质量明显高于实施前(t=5.510, t=5.215, t=4.136, t=2.845, t=3.991, p<0.05);实施后,器械护士物品准备、无菌技术、文件书写、术后整理这些手术配合质量明显高于实施前(t=3.708, t=3.135, t=6.103, t=3.521, p<0.05);实施规范化流程管理前,手术室感染发生率为0.3%,实施规范化管理后,手术室感染发生率为0.05%,感染发生率明显下降;实施后,医生对手术室护士满意度为98.00%,明显高于实施前(χ~2=5.983, p=0.014)。本研究发现规范化流程管理在手术室中的应用效果较好,可明显提高手术护士的手术管理质量,降低手术感染的发生率,具有较好的临床应用价值。

In order to observe the application effect of standardized process management in operation room and the preventing infection in the operation room,in this study,50 surgeries were performed in the operating room of our hospital before February 2017 and 50 surgeries after the standardized process management in the operating room of our hospital after February 2017.To observe and record the differences of the operation coordination quality,infection rate and doctors’satisfaction before and after the implementation of standardized process management.The results show that,after the implementation,the quality of operation cooperation of tour nurses before operation,check and execution was significantly higher than that before implementation(t=5.510,t=5.215,t=4.136,t=2.845,t=3.991,p<0.05).After implementation,the quality of mechanical nurses’preparation and aseptic technique were significantly higher than that before the implementation(t=3.708,t=3.135,t=6.103,t=3.521,p<0.05).The incidence of infection in operation room was 0.3%before implementing standardized process management.After standardized management,the incidence of infection in operation room was 0.05%,and the incidence of infection decreased significantly.After the implementation,the doctors’satisfaction with the nurses in the operation room was 98%,which was significantly higher than that before the implementation(χ~2=5.983,p=0.014).This study present that the application effect of standardized process management in the operating room is good,which can significantly improve the operation management quality of surgical nurses and reduce the incidence of surgical infection,and has a good clinical application value.
