摘要
基于最新的Fe i二元相图,系统计算了铁基合金中20种常见合金元素(含量为0%~21%)对纯铁熔点的影响值,据此给出了新的钢的液相线温度计算模型及组元的温度系数,并以齿轮钢为例进行了验证。结果表明,液相线温度的计算精度进一步提高。
Based on the latest Fei binary phase diagram, the effect of 20 common elements with total content of 0 %21 % in ironbased alloy on the melting point of pure iron were researched. A new model for accurately calculating steel liquidus temperature was built, and the new temperature coefficients of element were given. Taken 20CrMnTi and 18Cr2Ni4WA as samples, the calculated value was certified. The results showed that the calculation accuracy of the liquidus temperature was further improved.
