油菜不同品种逆境下结实性的研究

Fructify Studies of Rapeseed Different Variety Under Adversity

为探明油菜不同品种在逆境下的结实性差异 ,为筛选抗逆性强的基因型油菜品种提供依据 ,2 0 0 2年选择了当前生产上推广的 4个油菜品种湘油 15号、湘杂油 1号、中油 82 1号和秦油 2号 ,在模拟倒伏和不同自然气候条件下调查了各品种的单株阴果率、每果粒数和千粒重 .结果表明 :在当年的气候条件下 ,湘油 15号和湘杂油 1号的阴果率明显低于秦油 2号和中油 82 1,每果粒数和千粒重明显高于秦油 2号和中油 82 1.在模拟倒状的情况下 ,秦油 2号和中油 82 1的阴果率比湘油 15号和湘杂油 1号显著提高 ,每果粒数和千粒重显著降低 ;在低温少雨和低温多雨情况下 ,阴果率、每果粒数和千粒重的表现具有相同的趋势 .湘油 15号和湘杂油 1号在结实性方面抗逆境的能力特别强 。

Fructity difference of four rapeseed variety is studied under different adversity.The result shows that in 2002,percentage of ineffective siliqua of Qingyou 2 and Zhongyou 821 is higher than that of Xiangyou 15 and Xiangyou hybrid 1,whereas the seed number per siliqua and the seed weight are both lower than that of Xiangyou 15 and Xiangyou hybrid 1.When temperature is low with either too much or too little rain,there is remarkable in crease in the percentage of ineffective siliqua of Qingyou 2 and Zhongyou 821.The grown number of each siliqua and weight of each grain reduce clearly.Results also show ability of resistance against adversity is powerful on fructify for Xiangyou 15 and Xiangyou hybrid 1,with considerable difference of genetie.
