摘要
通过正交试验,研究了影响葛根中黄酮类物质提取的4因素,即:乙醇浓度、温度、pH、浸提时间。结果表明:用pH为8,浓度在90%以上的乙醇溶液,在80℃下浸提2h,即可提得93%的葛根总黄酮物质。
Through normal experiment, this paper studied four factors which influenced extraction of flavonoids in Puerariae. That is alcohol concentration, extracting temperature, pH value, extracting time. The result showed that the optimum extracting condition is 90% alcohol concentration or over, 80℃ temperature,2h extracting time, pH8.
