摘要
选择山东省克山病病区邹具1983~1987年连续服Se 5年健康农民,以3组正常人群为对照,测血Se,抗氧化酶类及脂质过氧化物,结果表明,病区人群机体仍处于低Se状态,氧化与抗氧化系统的平衡存在某种程度的紊乱。服Se人群抗氧化酶活性提高,脂质氧化物水平下降。提示Se预防克山病具远期效应。
A research was conducted on 35 healthy persons taken selenium (Se) from 1983 to 1987 in Keshan disease (KD) affected areas, on 3 groups in different areas as control. After ceasing to take Se for 3 years, the content of Se in serum, the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) in RBC, the activity and content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in RBC, serum, iipid peroxides (LPO) in serum were determined. Results showed: (1) The levels of Se,GSH-px and RBC SOD in persons from KD areas were still lower than those in people from other areas while the levels of LPO were higher. It explained the disorder of free radical metabolism in persons from KD areas. (2) The activities of Se-GSH-px and the activities and contents of RBC SOD were still higher and a decrase of serum LPO were also observed after stopped having Se for 3 years. These suggested that the antioxidative function of Se showed a long梩erm effect.
