摘要
阐述了超声波的发生机制和对物质的作用机制及超声技术在化工生产中的广泛应用 ,例如利用超声技术处理污水、催化化学反应、加速悬浮粒子凝聚、加快过滤速度和晶体细化等。预测了超声技术在化工生产中广阔的应用前景和巨大的发展潜力。
The principle and impacting mechanism to matter of ultrasound are expounded and some main practical fields of the ultrasonic technology in the chemical production,for example: sewage disposal, catalytical chemical reaction, accelerating particle coagulation in suspension and accelerating the speed of filtration, fine crystallization are listed in this paper. The wide practical prospect and huge developing potential of ultrasonic technology in chemical production in the futuse is also predicted.
