A Way for the Rural Area to Modernization

新中国成立以来，中国的城市现代化建设取得的成就举世瞩目。然而，中国农村一直停滞在前现代的传统时代。而且，农村与城市的差距呈拉大趋势。究其原因，除历史传统的“路径依赖”外，更与我国长期人为实行城乡“二元”经济政策有关。随着改革开放进入“深水区”，“三农”问题愈发凸显，成为制我国现代化发展的“瓶颈”。改革户籍制度，解决农民土地产权，建立现代农村制度，大力推进农村现代化进程，刻不容缓。

the modernization construction in the urban area has achieved a lot in China since 1949,but the country still remains in a traditional way. Unfortunately, the disparity between the city and the country increases as time goes on .Besides the history and the tradition, the unjust policies make the country backward. at the same time,时代the backward of the rural area hinder the development of the whole country. Especialy, the problems appear more sharply at the critical time of the reforming and opening-up.So, we must reform the residence management system, solve the land ownership, set up the modern rural system to realize the modernization in the country.
