浅谈富氧燃烧锅炉的一二次风配风特性 被引量:2

摘要 富氧燃烧技术是捕获CO2的一种重要技术手段。在O2/CO2环境下,由于CO2的比热、扩散系数以及强辐射特性与常规空气燃烧的差异,使得一二次风的配风特性发生了很大的变化。而一二次风的配风特性直接影响到锅炉的燃烧特性、传热特性以及排放特性等。针对200 MW空气与富氧兼容的四角切圆燃烧锅炉,研究200 MW锅炉富氧燃烧下一次风、二次风及周界风等参数的选取以及相关依据,对富氧燃烧锅炉的配风提供参考。 Oxygen-enriched combustion technology is a kind of important technical means to capture CO2. In O2/ CO2 environment,the CO2 specific heat,diffusion coefficient,and strong radiation characteristics,different from conventional air combustion,makes primary /secondary air distribution characteristics greatly change. But the air distribution characteristics of primary /secondary air directly affect the boiler combustion characteristics,heat transfer characteristics and discharge characteristics. For 200 MW foursquare Tangentially-fired boiler with compatible air and rich oxygen,this research focuses the parameter selection and related verificationson for 200 MW boiler primary air,secondary air and surrounding air in oxygen-enriched combustion,providing reference for oxygen-enriched combustion boiler air distribution.
