摘要
以废弃电脑电路板中的塑料为原料,采用氢氧化钾作为活化剂,经过一系列的单因素实验,考察了炭化温度、浸渍比、活化时间以及活化温度对活性炭得率和碘值的影响;结果表明,炭化温度为500℃、浸渍比为3:1、活化时间为90 min、活化温度为700℃时制备的活性炭最佳。并通过热解、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅立叶红外(FTIR)等对活性炭进行了表征。
To dispose the plastic of PC boards as raw material,using KOH as the activating agent,after a series of single-factor experiments it was investigated the effects of carbonization temperature,impregnation ratio,activation time and activation temperature on yield and iodine number of activated carbon.The result shows that carbonization temperature of 500 ℃,impregnation ratio of 3:1,the activation time of 90 min,the activation temperature is 700 ℃,the prepared active carbon is the best.And the activated carbon is characterized by pyrolysis,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) and so on.
