The Scientific Designing of Questions in National College Entrance Examination Should be Guided by Scientific Outlook on Development

高考内容改革尚在探索,科学发展观的提出,为其指明了方向。科学发展观对高考命题的指导作用,体现在高考评价标准的科学性、命题立意的科学性、科学考查学科能力、试题编制的科学性、科学评价高考试题等方面。就高考内容改革而言,贯彻科学发展观的核心是:促进高考命题科学化,实现高考命题的制度化创新,以适应时代的要求和人的全面、均衡、可持续发展的要求。
