目的:本文采用高效液相色谱法对芪参五味子滴丸中五味子甲素进行含量测定。方法:流动相选用乙腈-醋酸-水(64:1:35);检测波长为249nm。结果:本品重现性好,平均回收率X=99.7%,RSD%=1.9%。结论:该方法可以有效地控制制剂质量。

Objective: This article uses HPLC to carry on the content determination to deoxyschizandrin of Qishen Wuweizi Pills. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- Acetic acid- water( 64: 1: 35); The examination wave length is 249nm. Result: This reappears the nature to be good, average returns-ratio X =99.7%, RSD% = 1.9%. Conclusion: This method could effectively control the preparation quality.
