摘要
石墨尾矿处理一般采用尾矿库湿排方法,为了克服此方法的缺点,采用先进的石墨尾矿干排技术,实现将尾矿浆最大化的分离为干料和水,提高了废水的回用率,减少了尾矿的占地。给出了石墨尾矿干排工艺、干堆选址要求及干排放方式,为推广石墨尾矿干排技术,提供依据。干排的石墨尾矿可提取有用矿物、制白碳黑、烧制建材制品等综合利用方法,减少石墨尾矿堆存占地及其对周围环境的影响,节约能源和资源,具有良好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。未利用的石墨尾矿堆场达到一定的量后,进行生态治理,避免尾矿贮存对周围环境的影响,并使周围景观得到改善。
Tailings wet row method is generally used in graphite tailings treatment. In order to overcome the shortcomings of this method, advanced graphite tailings dry row technology is used to achieve the maximum separation of tailings slurry for the dry material and water,improve the reuse rate of waste water and reduce the the land occupied by tailings. The tailings drying process,the dry pile location requirements and the dry discharge mode are given,which provide the basis for the popularization of graphite tailings. Dry row of graphite tailings can be extracted for useful minerals, made of white carbon black, fired building materials to reduce the accumulation of graphite tailings and its impact on the surrounding environment,save energy and resources with good economic,environmental and social benefits. When unused graphite tailings reach a certain amount,ecological management methods should be used in the graphite tailings yard to avoid the impact of tailings storage on the surrounding environment and to improve the surrounding landscape.
