摘要
目的:观察七菊芦荟饮对黄褐斑模型小鼠的治疗效果。方法:普通级雌性小白鼠60只随机分为空白组,模型组,阳性组,七菊芦荟饮低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组。比较各组小鼠皮肤组织和血浆中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)以及其中酪氨酸的水平。结果:小鼠皮肤经紫外线照射后,模型组皮肤组织及血液中SOD活性下降,MDA水平增加,与空白对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,中药七菊芦荟饮低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组的皮肤及血液中SOD活性明显增高(P<0.05,P<0.01),SOD、酪氨酸酶水平明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七菊芦荟饮对黄褐斑模型小鼠能起到较好的保护和治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiju Luhui Decoction in the treatment of chloasma model mice. Methods: 60 normal female mice were randomly divided into blank group,model group,positive group,Qiju Luhui Decoction low dose group,middle dose group,high dose group. The levels of superoxide dismutase( SOD),malondialdehyde( MDA) and tyrosinase in the skin tissues and plasma of each group were compared. Results: After UV irradiation,the SOD activity in the skin tissue and blood of the model group decreased,and the MDA level increased. Compared with the blank control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Compared with the model group,the activity of SOD in the skin and blood of the low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose groups of Chinese herbal medicine Qiju Aloe was significantly increased( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01),and the levels of SOD and tyrosinase were significantly decreased. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Qiju Luhui Decoction can play a good role in protecting and treating the mice with melasma.
