肠道微生态研究与中医本质探索

Study on Intestinal Microecology and Exploration of the Essence of Chinese Medicine

中医的整体观、阴阳学说、藏象学说、脾胃学说、肺肠相表里理论、正邪学说等基础理论与肠道微生态及宿主密切相关。肠道微生物来源于后天,用之于后天,受内外环境额影响,既是对立统一的,又有着和中医相似的阴阳、脏腑及正邪属性。肠道微生态是当下研究热点,其完善的理论和技术及研究结果为中医药的研究打开了一扇门。中医中药与肠道微生态的互相调节作用已被证实,肠道微生物可以促进中药的吸收,提高中药的效能;中药也可以通过调节肠道菌群失衡从而达到治疗疾病的目的。但目前肠道微生物的研究仅仅停留在动物实验上,且与中医药相关的可检索文献甚少,今后需进一步加强中医药与肠道微生态的理论研究、辨证论治及作用机制研究,明确中医药对肠道微生态的多靶点、多途径的机制,深入到肠道菌群的结构与功能上,为中医药在肠道微生态以及相关疾病的治疗靶点奠定基础。

The basic theories of Chinese medicine,such as holism,yin-yang theory,theory of visceral outward manifestation,spleen-stomach theory,superficies and interior theory of lung and intestine,vital qi and pathogen theory are closely related to intestinal microecology and host.Intestinal microorganisms originate from the acquired foundation and are used for the acquired foundation.Influenced by the amount of internal and external environment,intestinal microorganisms are not only unity of opposites,but also have yin and yang,zang-fu viscera,vital qi and pathogen attributes similar to those of Chinese medicine.Intestinal microecology is a hotspot of current research.Its perfect theory and technology and research results open a door for the research of Chinese medicine.It has been proved that intestinal microorganisms can promote the absorption of Chinese medicine and improve the efficiency of Chinese medicine.Chinese medicine can also achieve the purpose of treating diseases by regulating the imbalance of intestinal flora.However,at present,the research of intestinal microorganisms is only on animal experiments,and there are few retrievable literatures related to Chinese medicine.In the future,it is necessary to further strengthen the theoretical research,syndrome differentiation,treatment and mechanism of action of Chinese medicine and intestinal microecology,and to clarify the multi-target and multi-channel mechanism of Chinese medicine on intestinal microecology.The structure and function of intestinal flora lay a foundation for the therapeutic target of Chinese medicine in intestinal microecology and related diseases.
