摘要
随着国家经济结构的不断调整及经济社会的快速发展,我国小微企业也迎来了巨大的发展机遇。但因小微企业存在发展规模小、实力弱、员工文化程度相对较低等特点,很多企业尚未建立起科学的绩效管理系统和绩效考核体系,即便是已经实施了绩效考核与管理的小微企业也存在许多问题,导致企业发挥不出绩效考核与管理应有的效果,制约了小微企业的良性发展。本文以小微企业绩效考核运行现状为基础,提出自己的见解。
With the constant adjustment of national economic structure and rapid development of economic society, small and micro enterprises in China are facing great opportunities for their development. But they are small in scale, weak in power, and relatively poor in staff education, thus many of them have not yet set up scientific performance management system and performance appraisal system. And there are even many problems in those which have implemented performance appraisal and management, which hinders their assessment and management, and blocks their sound progress. Based on the running status of performance appraisal in small and micro enterprises, the paper puts forward its own advice and summary.
