Having an analysis of the state of being disjointed between the teaching of language and the teaching of culture in high schools, this paper discusses the relationship between the teaching of language and the teaching of culture, focused on the lead-in of teaching culture in the process of teaching of English in high schools. Through the analysis of the cultural differences between Chinese and English performing on communication, it has showed the focus and importance of the teaching of culture in modern for?eign language teaching, and some personal opinions have been put forward on the problems in the process of foreign language teach?ing.
