冠心病患者血浆FFA、β2-MG与冠脉病变严重程度的关系探析

Relationship between plasma FFA and β2-MG and severity of coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary heart disease

目的探析冠心病(CHD)患者血浆游离脂肪酸(FFA)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)与冠状病变严重程度间的关系。方法将周口市中心医院2016年6月—2017年6月收治的108例CHD患者纳为观察组,并纳入同期100例行健康体检者为对照组,比较两组临床资料,并分别比较不同Gensini积分、冠状动脉狭窄支数CHD患者血浆FFA与β2-MG水平,分析血浆FFA、β2-MG与CHD患者冠脉病变严重程度间的关系。结果观察组糖尿病史者、BMI指数、FPG、TC、LDL-C、TG、血浆FFA、β2-MG水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);随着Gensini积分值与冠脉狭窄支数的增大,CHD患者血浆FFA、β2-MG水平均依次上升(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析发现,血浆FFA、β2-MG水平均与Gensini积分呈正相关(r=0.368,0.215,P均<0.05),均与冠脉狭窄支数呈正相关(r=0.361,0.268,P均<0.05)。结论血浆FFA、β2-MG水平与冠状动脉Gensini积分、冠脉狭窄支数呈正相关,可预测CHD患者临床病情,为医护人员制定治疗方案提供依据。

Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma free fatty acid(FFA)andβ2 microglobulin(β2-MG)and the severity of coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Totally 108 patients with CHD who were admitted to the hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the observation group,and 100 healthy persons were enrolled as control group.The clinical data were compared between the two groups.Levels of plasma FFA andβ2-MG were compared between patients with CHD and different Gensini scores and between patients with different numbers of vessels of coronary artery stenosis.The relationship between plasma FFA andβ2-MG and the severity of coronary artery lesions in patients with CHD was analyzed.Results Patients with history of diabetes,BMI,FPG,TC,LDL-C,TG,plasma FFA andβ2-MG in the observation group were significantly more/higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Levels of plasma FFA andβ2-MG in patients with CHD increased with the increase of Gensini score and the number of coronary artery with stenosis(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that plasma FFA andβ2-MG levels were positively correlated with Gensini score(r=0.368,0.215,both P<0.05),and positively correlated with the number of coronary artery stenosis(r=0.361,0.268,both P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma FFA andβ2-MG levels are positively correlated with the Gensini score and the number of coronary artery stenosis,which can predict the clinical condition of patients with CHD and provide a basis for doctors and nurses to develop treatment plans.
