角膜缘肿瘤25例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 25 Cases of Corneal Limbus Tumors

总结分析1980年1月至2001年12月手术切除并经病理证实的角膜缘肿瘤25例,结果表明:良性肿瘤21例,其中20例为14岁以下儿童,分为角膜缘皮样瘤与角膜缘皮样囊肿2种;另1例为角膜缘鳞状上皮乳头状瘤.本组仅有的5例中老年患者中4例为恶性肿瘤,分别为恶性程度极高的角膜缘恶性黑色素瘤及角膜缘鳞状细胞癌.

Twenty five cases of corneal limbus tumors, which were proved by postoperative pathology during January 1980―December 2001, were analysed and summarized. The results showed that there were 21 cases of benign tumors during the period. Among which, 20 cases of benign tumors appeared in the children below 14year old and could be classified as 2 kinds of tumors-the dermoid tumor of corneal limbus and the dermoid cyst of corneal limbus; while the another case was of squamous epithelium papilloma of corneal limbus. Meantime, the results also showed that there were 4 cases of malignant tumors, which appeared in the 5 middleaged and aged patients of this group and could be classified as 2 kinds of tumors-high malignant melanoma of corneal limbus and squamous cell carcinoma of corneal limbus.
