摘要
针对目前常用的弧齿锥齿轮存在的工艺复杂等因素,提出一种新的锥齿轮传动原理——斜航式法向圆弧锥齿轮传动,其齿廓面为节锥面上斜航曲线的法向等距线.其最大的优点是便于在数控机床上加工.推导了节锥面斜航线方程,并给出了相关性质.讨论了其几何参数设计方法和加工工艺,并用实验验证了原理的正确性和工艺的可行性.
Aiming at the disadvantages of the present spiral bevel gears, a new spiral bevel gear driving principle is put forward. Its tooth profile is composed of the normal equidistant curves of loxodrome in pitch cone, so it is convenient for machining in NC tools. The function of loxodrome is deduced, and its characters are given. The design method of parameters and the process are discussed.
