高血压病患者遵医行为的调查研究

A Survey of Treatment Compliance in Hypertensive Patients

目的 了解高血压患者的遵医行为。方法 采用自编高血压患者遵医行为调查问卷对 16 4例患者进行调查。结果 5 3.0 %患者能遵医坚持运动治疗 ,5 8.5 %患者能遵医坚持合理饮食 ,5 1.6 %患者能遵医戒除烟酒 ,82 .3%患者能遵医坚持定期复查 ,6 4 .6 %患者能遵医坚持药物治疗。结论 高血压病患者遵医行为较差 ,医护人员应高度重视高血压病患者的健康教育工作 ,采取相应措施 。

Objective To investigate the treatment compliance in hypertensive patients.Methods 164 hypertensive patients were surveyed by questionnaire.Results 53.0% of patients could take proper exercise,58.5% of patients could have reasonable diets,51.6% of patients could keep away from cigarettes and alcohol,82.3% of patients could go to clinic regularly,and 64.6% of patients could maintain medical treatment.Conclusion The treatment compliance of hypertensive patients was poor and needs to be improved rightly.
