摘要
应用光学和电子显微镜技术检查了华北大黑鳃金龟3龄幼虫血淋巴内的血细胞,识别出5种类型的血细胞(原血胞、浆血胞、颗粒血胞、珠血胞和凝血胞)并对每一种血细胞的超微结构特点进行描述。
The hemocytes of Holotrichia oblita (Coleoptera: Melolonthidae) during the 3rd larval instar were studied with light and electron microscopes. Five fine structurally listinct types were distinguishable. They were prohemocytes (PRs), plasmatocytes (PLs), granulocytes (GRs), spherulocytes (SPs) and coagulocytes (Cos). PRs were small and generally round cells with relatively large nucleus (Fig. 1). PLs were oval-shaped (Fig. 2.), spindle, ameboid and vermiform cells, characterized by micropap illae on the plasma membrane and small number of electron-dense granules in the cytoplasm. GRs belonged to the most common hemocytes in Coleoptera; they were usually oval-shaped without micropapillae, containing many granules in the cytoplasm (Fig. 4,5.). SP was also a common hemocyte type in Coleoptera. The cells were oval, spindle or in other shape, and were characterized by large electron-dense (Fig. 8.) spherules with microtubules. The nucleus was usually small. COs were generally oval hyaline cells (Fig. 9.), sharing the features of GRs. The plasma membrane generally had no micropapillae or other irregular processes. It had a pronounced perinuclear cisterna, which de-stinguished these cells from other types.
