摘要
文章介绍了青少年排球二传队员的选材条件和技术、意识及训练的要求和方法,强调了二传队员的重要地位和作用,指出其培养和训练应从青少年抓起。
The article introduces terms of being selected and claim for training of juvenile tossers. It also introduces several training methods in skill, consciousness and psychology of tossers. Because tosser takes a very important effect in whole volleyball team, the cultivating and training of them must be started when they are children.
