Detection of Agglutination Titers with Modified Whole Blood Brucella Slide Agglutination Antigen in Naturally Infected Sheep

报道了以改进的布氏菌全血平板凝集抗原与标准布氏菌试管凝集试验和玻板凝集试验对照,对10只自然感染布病阳性绵羊在集中舍饲的条件下,经17个月凝集素滴度的检测,证明全血抗原的特异性、敏感性及阳性检出率均优于对照方法。

Ten sheep naturally infected by brucella were detected with modified whole blood brucella slide agglutination antigen under the condi- tion of barn feeding. The standard brucella tube agglutination and slide agglutination were conducted as controls. Through 17 months detection of agglutination titers, it was showed that the specificity, sensitivity and detection of positive rate presented by modified antigen were superior to those of the controls.
