摘要 系统论述了新研制储运血箱的关键技术。其中,箱体采用旋转模塑整体成型技术,保证箱体有良好外形的关键是材料改性、成型工艺控制与模具反变形设计。设计性能优良的半导体制冷/热组件和精确的数字化温度测控系统是保证箱内温控性能的关键。该产品的特点是无接缝、整体强度高,全数字化操作,在±40℃的外界环境下均能将箱体内温度控制在(4±2)℃;可使用交流220V也可用直流12V电源,一次满载可运送血液10000ml,是长途运送血液及生物制品的理想装备。 This paper introduces the key techno logy for research and development of a new kind of blood trans-porting box.Th e box adopts the way of rotational moulding of plastics,so it is jointless and has the character of high strength.It adopts the technology of the Peltier refr igerating,digital temperature measuring and controlling,so it can cool or heat automatically according to the different environment outside.And it realizes the temperature's optimization control.The220V AC or12V DC is used as the power supply.This box can transport the blood and its products in long distanc e,so it is adapt to be used in the field.
