本文简要介绍国外采用RH法生产超低碳钢的工艺特点和效果,以及RH法在武钢的应用情况。

This article briefly described the main feature of producing ultra-low carbon steels with RH and its effects abroad, as well as application of the process to the steelmaking in WISCO.
