摘要
分析了精细胶粉的物理化学性能和粒径及粒径分布 ;通过变量和对比实验 ,研究了精细胶粉在轮胎胎面胶中应用情况。结果表明 ,精细胶粉在胎面胶中应用 5~ 10份时 ,胎面胶的物理机械性能变化较小 ,综合性能可达到国家标准 ,动态生热较没加入胶粉的胎面胶稍低 ;精细胶粉的应用降低了轮胎胎面胶的成本 ,社会效益和经济效益显著。
The physical chemical properties of fine rubber powder and its particle size distribution have been analysed in the paper,and its application in the tyre tread has been studied by the tests contrasted with the variance.The experimental result showed that by adding 5~10 phr of the fine rubber powder,the mechanical properties of tyre tread can come up to the National Standard.The heat generation in motion in the tyre tread is less than that without the fine rubber powder .The application of fine rubber powder can reduce the tread costs and yield notable economic,social results.
