摘要
用透射电子显微镜研究了4A沸石晶体生长过程.研究表明,随着浆化、晶化、老化条件的变化,4A沸石颗粒的形状及粒度分布也发生变化,以(NaPO3)作分散剂,经超声分散,4A沸石晶粒能有效地被分散;4A沸石的结晶度,颗粒组成、颗粒粒度分布,对钙交换量及交换速度有重要影响.
The crystal growth Procedure of 4A zeolite has been studied by means of TEM in thispaper. With changing the condition of sliming, crystallization and maturing,the shapes andsize distribustions of 4A zeolite vary. It has been illustrated that the crystal grain of 4Azeolite can be effectively dispersed by ultrasonic dispersion with (NaPO3) 6 disperser. Thecrystallinity particle composition and size distribution of 4A zeolite influence the exchangespeed and the exchange rate of calciunl greatly.
