摘要
银川绿地中心超高层项目包括两栋高301m的塔楼。结构体系采用由伸臂桁架连接的型钢混凝土外框架+钢筋混凝土核心筒组成的混合结构,有效地抵抗由地震作用和风荷载产生的巨大侧向力。采用ETABS,PMSAP及PERFORM 3D计算软件对结构进行了弹性分析及弹塑性分析,实现抗震性能化设计,从而满足规范及超限审查专家的要求。
The Yinchuan Greenland Center includes two 301 m towers. The structural system of each tower is a composite system,with a center core wall linked to steel reinforced concrete exterior columns through outrigger trusses,to effectively resist large lateral loads caused by earthquake and wind. Programs ETABS,PMSAP and PERFORM 3D were used for elastic and elasto-plastic analyses,and performance based seismic design to meet the requirements of the building codes and the comments provided by the review experts.
