高性能管道压浆料用固体聚羧酸减水剂的制备及性能研究

摘要 以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯基醚(TPEG)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)及不饱和磷酸酯(HEMAP)为原材料,70℃合成一种高性能管道压浆料用固体聚羧酸减水剂。研究发现,该合成固体聚羧酸减水剂减水率高,保坍性好。掺此固体聚羧酸减水剂的压浆料浆体流速、凝结时间、抗折强度、抗压强度及自由膨胀率均满足施工标准的要求。 A type of solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer for high performance grouting material was synthesized from isoprenol polyoxyvinyl ether(TPEG),methacrylic acid(MAA)and unsaturated phosphate ester(HEMAP)at 70℃.The result shows this solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthesized has high water-reducing rate and excellent slump retention.The flow rate,setting time,flexural strength,compressive strength and free expansion rate of the grout paste mixed with this solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer can meet the requirements of construction standards.
