摘要 我国属于临海国家,领海面积大且具有一定的海上专属经济区,因而海上利益不容小觑。伴随综合国力的增强,国家在海洋利益方面提高了一定的重视。在这种情况下,海洋利益装备的发展与维护作用逐渐突显出来,特别是救助艇是海上维权不可或缺的利器,也是海上巡逻任务与搜救任务的主要装备。尤其是在高海况的条件下,大型舰船救助艇收放装置是人力无法完成的任务,将PLC技术应用于其中,将有效解决这一难题,确保顺利回收救助艇,为我国海上任务的开展提供有利的支持。 China is a coastal country with a large territorial sea area and a certain exclusive economic zone at sea.Therefore,the interests of the sea cannot be underestimated.With the enhancement of comprehensive national strength,the state has raised certain importance in terms of maritime interests.Under this circumstance,the development and maintenance of marine interests equipment has gradually emerged.In particular,rescue boats are an indispensable weapon for maritime rights protection,and also the main equipment for maritime patrol missions and search and rescue missions.Especially under the condition of high sea conditions,the large ship rescue boat retracting device is a task that cannot be completed by manpower.Applying PLC technology to it will effectively solve this problem and ensure the smooth recovery of the rescue boat for the development of China’s maritime mission.Provide favorable support.
