High Quality Development of Private Economy: Value,Follow,Opportunity and Path

改革开放以来,党和国家不断出台了推动民营经济发展的政策方针,推动民营经济发展取得历史性成就。新时代,中国特色社会主义事业建设对民营经济作用的发挥提出更高的要求,对此,民营经济发展要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指引,坚持政策理论自信、发展道路自信、基本经济制度自信和文化自信,把握新动能发展良好、推动构建全面开放新格局、参与混合所有制改革、实现持续性稳定发展的战略机遇,坚决贯彻落实党中央关于新时代推进民营经济发展的战略部署,实现发展新篇章。

Since the reform and opening up,the Party and the state have continuously promulgated policies and principles to promote the development of the private economy and made historic achievements in the development of the private economy. In the new era,the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics demands a higher degree of play on the role of the private economy. To this end,the development of private economy should be guided by Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. We will take advantage of the strategic opportunities of the CPC Central Committee in promoting the development of the private sector in the new era,building a new pattern of all-round opening up,participating in the reform of mixed ownership,and achieving sustained and stable development.
